2026 Thematic Bible Conference, This Independence Day Weekend

Thematic Bible Conference this year will be held in Williamsburg, VA as well as satellite sites in Los Altos, California, and Oxford, England (and online everywhere else), over the Independence Day long weekend, 3–5 July 2026. We shall study the book of Nehemiah, as a natural continuation of last year’s Ezra (See past TBCs). Participation is available through your own Internet connection on Discord, wherever you are, or else at our site in Williamsburg, VA.

Bible study sessions on selected passages in Nehemiah will be conducted both on site and online during the conference. We shall listen to lectures of the late David Pawson. Expositions will also feature speakers including Drs Stephen Lee (李思敬) and Bernard Wong (黃國維), past and present presidents of CGST (中國神學研究院).

Conferees joining in person at Williamsburg may also join an excursion to the nation’s capital for the 250th anniversary of America’s political independence. Two additional attendance options are available for those who wish to extend their stay or adjust their schedule (including those who wish to enjoy the July 3–5 excursion to Washington, D.C.):

  1. Arrive early for the pre‑conference dry run (June 30–July 2), during which all prerecorded talks will be previewed and all Bible study passages will be pre‑studied together with the Bible study leaders.
  2. Stay three additional days in Virginia for the post‑conference re‑run (July 6–8), during which all recorded talks will be replayed and all Bible study passages will be re‑studied, led by intern Bible study leaders trained during the conference.

For both options, free lodging in Williamsburg from June 30 to July 8 will be provided to conferees who register—and pay the non‑refundable $100 registration fee by the early‑bird deadline of April 25—on a first‑come, first‑served basis, courtesy of the Alumni Association. After the deadline, a lodging fee of $50 per night will apply to each registrant.
Registration is now open:
